BC Construction Group (BCCG) is thrilled to announce a new project award: the design and construction of the Vista Charter Public Schools Lake Elsinore TK-12 New School Campus in Lake Elsinore, CA. This ambitious project will result in a modern, state-of-the-art educational facility for approximately 1,200 students and will help grow school choice options for the students and families of Southern California.
Project Overview
Scope and Phases
The project involves designing and building a new three-building campus that will be home to approximately 1,200 students upon completion. The campus will be constructed in three phases:
- Phase 1: Site construction and modular classrooms for 400 students.
- Phase 2: A new 40,000 square foot TK-5 Elementary School and a separate 20,000 square foot gymnasium, cafeteria, and multipurpose room.
- Phase 3: Replacement of the modular classrooms with a new 55,000-square-foot middle/high school building.
When all phases are completed, the new buildings will total approximately 115,000 square feet.
Project Origin
Vista Charter Public Schools, a small network of schools based in Southern California, is expanding within its footprint and exploring growth opportunities in Nevada and Arizona. This project required over a year of meetings, discussions, and visits to gain the confidence of the school district. It represents a total team effort, including contributions from Business Development, Pre-Construction, and Operations teams, to deliver a solution that meets the school’s budget and programming needs.
