American Tire Distributors- BCCG completed 12 new warehouse prototypes across the country with an average building size of 125,060 SF.

TPA Huntsville

Huntsville Crossroads - This single-story facility includes tilt-up concrete panels, office space, 39 dock locations, 2 overhead doors, as well as 20 trailer spaces and parking for 167 autos with potential for expansion.

FedEx Little Rock

FedEx Ground - The facility features a 42-foot-wide bay for material handling conveyors, 99 truck loading docks, and a 16,000-square-foot finished office.
