March is Women in Construction Month, and at BC Construction Group we’re proud to join the industry-wide celebration of the talented women who are transforming how America builds.
This year’s official Women in Construction Week (March 1–7, 2026), led by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), carries the powerful theme “Level Up. Build Strong.” It’s the perfect rallying cry for everything we stand for at BCCG: Clear. Accountable. Relentless.
What Women in Construction Mean to BC Construction Group
Our women leaders, project managers, coordinators, safety professionals, and field team members are the driving force behind that success.
