Joining BCCG as the Director of Business Development, focused in the Charter and Private Education sector, Mr. Harp is a senior level professional with expertise in leading clients to create new school facilities. He is especially committed to helping charter schools, having been a leader in the movement for over a decade. Mr. Harp brings a diverse background in banking, finance, development, and construction, allowing him to assist our clients from the very early stages of need for new space. Chip comes to our team with a drive to create new charter school facilities, backed by a complete team that can perform from concept through construction.
