At BCCG, we’ve built a tradition that celebrates every new milestone—our Victory Bell. Two years ago, we introduced a small bell in our office to mark the achievement of winning new project awards. Each ring wasn’t just a sound, but a powerful symbol of teamwork, dedication, and success. It honored the collective effort behind each project and inspired us to keep reaching higher.
As our success stories grew, so did our tradition. Recently, we upgraded to a larger bell, mounted proudly between two steel columns on the back patio of our building. This new bell represents the bigger and more complex projects we’re taking on, and its sound now reaches far and wide. Every time it rings, it reflects not only the excitement of another project win, but also the weight of our responsibility to make each one a success.
