DURA Automotive, a Michigan-based automotive supplier, is opening its first lightweight structures manufacturing plant in North America to assemble battery trays for electric vehicles.
BCCG was selected to design-build the new 100,000 SF pre-engineered metal building expansion and build-out the existing 100,000 SF spec building. Facility features include a 12,000 SF office space, 4 additional dock doors, and 210 new parking spaces. By building this new factory, DURA Automotive created 279 new jobs in the community, a major economic boost to the area.
