Making the Vision a Reality

BC Construction Group (BCCG) was founded in 2009 with a clear, focused vision: deliver the highest level of service to Clients nationally. The underlining challenge in that vision is that national clients have unique needs for high performance, cost-efficient facility delivery. To overcome that challenge, BCCG found and attracted very senior construction professionals from large national companies who have been a part of the focused divisions BCCG serves for many years. Today, the team includes Architects, Engineers, Construction Management professionals, Pre-Construction Specialists, Real Estate experts, and other specialists.

BCCG has experienced consistent and exceptional growth since its inception. Having a team of leading industry professionals committed to delivering the highest level of service to Clients nationally has resulted in repeat Clients, allowing BCCG to grow at a steady, planned pace.

Solutions That Solve Today’s Facility Challenges

To realize it’s vision, BCCG looked at design and construction techniques with a new view, borrowing ideas from other industries to improve the process, budget, and delivery timing. In one area, BCCG worked with the best concrete tilt-up specialists to improve the quality and timing of the building structure. This created a higher quality building with lower operating and maintenance costs. Improvements to other building systems have followed as the team expanded. BCCG’s expertise is constantly being applied in new ways to solve today’s facility challenges and to deliver the promised product.

Consistent and Exceptional Growth

BCCG’s initially launched the Warehouse & Distribution and Manufacturing Divisions serving a group of national developers. These initial Client projects included FedEx Ground, Owens & Minor, and a 12-facility national rollout for American Tire Distributor. These facilities needed to be delivered quickly and in the most predictable, cost-effective way possible.

The next major team expansion launched the Education Division, which serves both Charter and Private schools. This team has worked together for over 15 years serving charter and private schools. They have collectively delivered over 230 school facilities in over 30 states. These projects have required the maximization of quality while keeping tight control on the strict budgets of these clients.

The most recent market addition is Specialty Living, with a focus on senior living and student housing. Senior Living is comprised of independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Student Housing includes community colleges, off-campus living, boarding schools, and private colleges and universities. This division is staffed with specialists who can bring the innovation of BCCG’s systems, concepts, and approach to deliver facilities with high quality at affordable costs. This includes working with our Clients in creating protypes and branding specific to their needs.
