BCCG hit a major milestone in 2019, completing 10 years of business. Over the last decade, BCCG has grown from a niche national design-builder servicing a handful of Clients to significantly expanding operations servicing Clients in over 38 States.

Enthusiastic about the firm’s growth, Mark Tomasik, President and founder, remarked, “In 10 years there has not been one moment, person, or action that defined our success as a company. Our team has defined our success by never accepting the status quo and rising to face business challenges. The ability to remove these barriers allowed us to succeed as a team.”  Tomasik has assembled a team of top talent from leading national and international companies, greatly accelerating the growth in the last three years.

With the addition of key leadership, project management, and administrative professionals to adequately service its growing portfolio of Clients and associated projects, BCCG will finish 2019 with just under $80 million in revenue, a 20% increase over 2019.  “Having senior executives on the BCCG team, with experience in running very large complex projects and high performing companies, gives our clients the reduced project risk they are looking for” stated Damon Zvoch, Vice President of Preconstruction.

As BCCG celebrates a decade of hard work, Executive Vice President and Co-Managing Partner, Paul Lemley, asserted, “In looking back at the first ten years of the company, it is a remarkable story of vision and perseverance.  In looking forward to the next ten years, it is all of that, plus solid growth driven by dedicated, skilled people working together to create success. Our people represent the best of what our industry has to offer.”

The firm held the 10-Year Anniversary and Holiday Season celebration by bringing together all its employees from around the U.S. together for a weekend celebration at the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
