To fulfill their customers’ needs, Swan Hose Products required a larger, cost effective facility solution to expand existing operations in Waco, Texas. Constructed as two separate additions on either side of the existing building, the manufacturing and warehouse spaces combined total 294,000 SF, and includes 18 new dock doors and a larger dock area for semi-trucks. The expansion also consists of a 4,500 SF administration office with training rooms, conference rooms, a break room, and managerial offices, doubling the existing office size.
