We’re excited to share some fantastic news from our Halyard Ridge Business Park project! Our BCCG operations team has successfully obtained the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy ahead of schedule for both the BCP Plymouth warehouse building and the Choctaw Kaul office suite build-out.
Despite facing challenging site conditions last fall and navigating through multiple tenant adds, changes, and revisions, our dedicated team’s meticulous planning and unwavering commitment to excellence enabled us to surpass expectations and deliver the project ahead of the scheduled completion date.
