We’re thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our Nokian Tyres project journey! Our dedicated team has achieved Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the impressive 350,000 SF finished goods warehouse in Dayton, TN, marking a remarkable accomplishment.
This achievement speaks volumes about the hard work and commitment of our exceptional team. Despite facing challenges such as operating on a 24-7 campus, soil stabilization issues, a challenging winter, and navigating a site outnumbered by owner representatives, our team rose to the occasion with unparalleled dedication and professionalism.
