In need of a warehouse facility for short-term storage needs, our Client was challenged with a limited budget to procure a new building. They obtained bids from their existing contractor base; however, not one of these companies could offer them a cost-efficient solution.

Our Client turned to BCCG for help. Having constructed tens of dozens of warehouses, the limited budget was not an obstacle. BCCG’s Pre-construction team sharpened their pencil, implemented standard value engineering protocols for warehouse Clients, and presented a facility solution that would meet our Client’s financial needs.

The cost-efficient solution is a 238,000-square-foot, concrete tilt-up structure that has a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roof, early suppression fast response (ESFS) sprinkler system with fire pump, and 47 dock positions. BCCG was also responsible to Design-Build the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope of work.
