After completing site development services on the 34-acre Stall Road property, BCCG built three speculative buildings, including this 154,000-square-foot facility, which was prepared to accommodate four tenants.

The facility was constructed using load-bearing, concrete tilt-up panels. Because the building’s intended use was clarified prior to construction, it was built with heavier insulation due to air conditioning and usage requirements. Other features include 30-foot clear ceiling height, 33 dock locations, and two drive-in ramps.

BCCG coordinated subcontractors to work on all three buildings, maximizing competitive pricing, project efficiency and cost savings. The developer realized additional savings from BCCG’s value engineering process by constructing one retention pond to support all three facilities.
