A repeat Client, HR REIT, needed to replace all the concrete at the Nestle McDonough, Georgia facility, and called BCCG.
The scope of work included removal and replacement of the concrete along the main drive leading up to the production facility as well as throughout the parking area. This work needed to be completed with minimal interruption to the 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week operation.
BCCG carefully coordinated the work with Nestle’s facility operations staff and implemented a viable solution. Sections of the work area were closed and completed one by one to handle concrete repairs. This solution allowed Nestle’s logistics to remain operational at all times, and repairs to be finished during the anticipated time frame.
