BCCG has completed the development of a last mile delivery facility in Davenport, Iowa. Built on a 35-acre site, the project includes the construction of a 92,000-square-foot facility using insulated precast panels, designed to support high-volume distribution and last mile logistics in the Midwest region.

The facility features a well-integrated layout that includes a dedicated assembly area, a business operations area, and a vast 87,559-square-foot storage zone. A 30,000-square-foot canopy enhances operational capacity, while the site is equipped with 11 dock doors to ensure efficient load-in and load-out. The exterior layout provides 284 car parking spaces, 264 designated van parking spaces, and 18 truck hall parking positions—supporting smooth traffic flow and fleet management.

BCCG executed extensive site preparation and infrastructure improvements as part of the project scope, including earthwork, cement stabilization, aggregate pier installation, utilities, paving, and full-site landscaping. These enhancements were designed to ensure long-term performance, durability, and compliance with advanced logistics facility standards.

Delivered under a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract structure with cost savings returned to the developer, the project was managed with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The successful completion of this facility reflects BCCG’s continued commitment to excellence in delivering efficient and scalable logistics infrastructure tailored to meet evolving delivery demands.
