BCCG has successfully completed the construction of a developer-led last mile delivery facility located in Texarkana, Arkansas. Strategically developed on a 14-acre site, the new facility includes a 51,000-square-foot building along with a 30,000-square-foot canopy designed to support efficient logistics and delivery operations in the region.
The completed structure features 5,066 square feet of modern office space and 45,703 square feet of warehouse space, utilizing durable pre-engineered metal construction and aluminum-framed punched windows that enhance natural light and energy efficiency. The facility was built to meet the growing demands of last mile logistics, offering a streamlined layout that supports high operational throughput and flexibility.
Comprehensive site improvements were also completed as part of the project scope. These included paving, utility installations, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure long-term functionality and compliance with modern design and safety standards. The site supports high-capacity vehicle traffic with dedicated access areas, dock locations, and drive-in overhead doors that contribute to a smooth and scalable delivery process.
