Located in Youngsville, NC, the Youngsville Academy High School is a 36,500-square-foot facility designed to accommodate an increasing student population and provide an environment that encourages learning. The two-story building includes:
- An 8,000 sq. ft. gymnasium with bleachers for 222 people, perfect for athletic events and school functions.
- A 2,100 sq. ft. commons area for student activities and social interaction.
- 14 modern classrooms, each designed to support both individual and group learning.
- A loop road with space allocated for future expansion, including a track and football/soccer field.
- 155 parking spaces to accommodate students, staff, and visitors.
With concrete tilt panels and a thin brick façade, the building is as durable as it is attractive. The facility also features 11 rooftop package units, providing efficient heating and cooling throughout the year to create a comfortable environment for students and staff.
