Global Street Development

The Global Street Development project completed by BCCG includes approximately 133,000 sf of commercial space for two truck service centers, office space, warehouse, and showroom. The three buildings are a mix of steel frame concrete tilt up construction and pre-engineered metal building. These Clients all received cost savings when BCCG combined the storm water treatment feature into one shared one, as well as a second storm water treatment building was constructed in order to accommodate the necessary soil filters/treatments that were to be added to the site.
